Product Strategist Operation Intern

Rehyve is a new FMCG startup. We’re currently building pillars to lift the brand up. We're focusing on reinnovating health in a positive way and that's our brand's identity and goal. The company has finished its brand playbook and the office is set to launch with the help of new employees on board. The Role

Your role will play a core part in shaping the product journey, from early concept to market execution. You will work closely with the founder, nutritionist, food technologist, and operations team to ensure every product decision aligns with science, consumer needs, and brand values. You will be involved in product planning, competitive analysis, pricing logic, packaging inputs, and go-to-market strategy within the FMCG category. Your work will help translate scientific formulation and brand intent into products that make sense commercially and emotionally to consumers. You will contribute to upcoming product launches, roadmap planning, and continuous product improvement by studying market gaps, consumer behavior, and competitor positioning. You will spend time researching trends, regulations, and competitor products, gaining hands-on exposure to how real FMCG products are built and scaled. Over time, you will develop the ability to think independently, propose strategies, and play a meaningful role in building a strong product ecosystem.
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Product Strategist Operation Intern based in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. If you are a college student, apply by mentioning it in the note.

Note

This is a paid internship with a fixed stipend for the duration of the internship. Interns will work closely with the core team and be given meaningful responsibilities, along with direct exposure to real-world product and business decisions in an early-stage startup environment. As the company is still in its early stages, conversion to a full-time salaried role is not guaranteed within a fixed timeline. However, interns who demonstrate strong performance, ownership, and consistent contribution may be given priority consideration for future paid roles when suitable positions and budgets become available.
