Rehyve is a new FMCG startup. We’re currently building pillars to lift the brand up. We're focusing on reinnovating health in a positive way and that's our brand's identity and goal. The company has finished its brand playbook and the office is set to launch with the help of new employees on board. The Role

Your role will play a lead part in using your skills to create content based on the company’s playbook. You will work closely with the Nutritionist and Food Technologist to develop content rooted in the FMCG category. Your purpose will be to align content with the brand’s strategy, acting as a crucial step before execution by the social media and performance marketing teams. Your content will serve as the storytelling foundation for the media execution team before it goes live. You will be a key contributor to upcoming product launches and the overall product journey. You will spend time every day researching competitors, gaining valuable insights into what it takes to win in the FMCG space. You’ll be mentored on real-world strategies and over time, you’ll build the skills to create and execute your own marketing vision or develop your own approach to dominating the role. In the initial stages, your role will involve multiple responsibilities, including close alignment with Nutritionist, Food Technologist, Business Developer all working toward a shared goal: to build strong, valuable products and reflect your hard work in the growth of the brand.
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Content Strategist Intern based in Chennai, with some flexibility for remote work. If you are a college student, apply by mentioning it in the note.

Note

This is a paid internship with a fixed stipend for the duration of the internship. Interns will work closely with the core team and be given meaningful responsibilities, along with direct exposure to real-world product and business decisions in an early-stage startup environment. As the company is still in its early stages, conversion to a full-time salaried role is not guaranteed within a fixed timeline. However, interns who demonstrate strong performance, ownership, and consistent contribution may be given priority consideration for future paid roles when suitable positions and budgets become available.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or related fields; interest in FMCG, nutrition, or brand building is preferred
  • Strong written communication and storytelling ability, with clarity of thought and attention to brand tone and consistency
  • Ability to research and analyse competitors, trends, and consumer behaviour, and convert insights into meaningful content ideas
  • Curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn, with the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-moving startup environment
